Request a prepaid label
A prepaid tracked label comes to you by email, with a reference number that stays with the parcel. Post when it suits you: there is no deadline, and nothing is owed if you never send it. The request form further down is not switched on yet, so to ask for a label in the meantime, message us on WhatsApp or ring 07369 296063.

Send a picture first. It is free, it takes a minute, and it tells you whether the lot is worth posting at all and whether anything in it should be kept whole. If the answer is that it is not worth posting, you will not need a label.
If the parcel is lost, the loss is ours
The label is ours, so the risk in the post is ours too: from the moment the counter accepts your parcel until anything we send back reaches you (terms, clause 7.2). If a parcel is lost, you are owed what the items were worth, not whatever the carrier pays us (clauses 12.2 and 12.4).
The email that carries your label states the exact service and its cover, so you see both before anything is posted.

What arrives, and what to do with it
- The label, by emailPrint it, or ask for a printed pack and it comes by post instead. Your reference number is on it, and the same reference is on everything that follows.
- A numbered bag, if you asked for the printed packTamper-evident, with a seal number. Seal your items in it, write the number down, and it cannot be opened again without showing that it has been.
- Pack it so nothing movesWrap each piece, fill the gaps, and use a box rather than a padded envelope. Nothing on the outside should say what is inside, and the word gold belongs nowhere on the parcel. The packing guide goes through it properly.
- Photograph it laid out before you seal itOne picture of everything, on the kitchen table, before the tape goes on. If what arrived is ever in question, your photograph counts as evidence alongside ours (clauses 3.4 and 8.5).
- Hand it in at a Post Office counterNot a postbox. From the moment the counter accepts it, the risk is ours (clause 7.2). Keep the receipt with its tracking number: it helps trace the parcel, though nothing you are owed depends on it (clause 7.3).
Asking for a label today

The form on this page is not taking submissions yet, because there is nowhere safe to keep your name and address until the storage account is open. Taking them into a system that would lose them is worse than saying so.
WhatsApp and the telephone reach the same person today, and both work.
The telephone is answered 6am to 10pm, seven days a week, by a person. Nobody rings you afterwards to chase an answer.
